Dr. Franks is a board certified dermatologist with over 30 years experience. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Tufts University Medical School. After medical school, Dr. Franks served as a Captain and General Medical Officer in the U.S. Army. He specializes in adult and pediatric dermatology. His interests include golfing and skiing.
